  1. St. Pauli Plus scored this whisky 74 points Connoisseur

No, this wasn't a good Littlemill. It has all aspects of new make, or of a production flaw.
    • Nose
Caramel, or even burnt sugar, and overcooked porridge. Then there are sweat socks and metal. No, this is not what I'd like to nose, it's somewhat off putting. Is this "baby" 21 years old? I know, it's rather pale, maybe the refill was re-refill and therefore not so active. Still, it should have eliminated all these nasty odours.

It only slowly (yet not fully) gives way to grass, mint and juicy lemon. It's not as fruity as you would expect from Littlemill, it's rather austere on grass.
    • Taste
Aah, better. Most of the sweat socks have gone, just as the burnt sugar and overcooked porridge. Instead, the herbal side dominates, mainly on mowed lawn, and little freshness of lime. It has a pleasant level of pepper.
    • Finish
Grass, lime zest, vanilla, pepper and (still) some sweat socks.
