A very caramel like sherry.
Herbal, liquorice, a touch of salt en plenty of brown sugar sweetness.
Sherry is present, but instead of dry walnuts, chocolate stuff or even the sweet raisins, this is more caramel again. Bonus point for the laurel spices.
Sweet, a few herbs and caramel
- I pass. Caramel in bottle.
Nose on caramel, white flower and yellow fruit. Light green woody.
On the palate, you will enjoy a caramel juice with a hint of red fruit and leather.
The finish is average on astringency and caramel.
