    • Nose
The first nose brings sucrose and floral motives. Pollen, white flowers (ox-eye daisy, or even lily-of-the-valley), cider vinegar tones. Some woodiness is coming now in form of wood chips, mild white oak, conifers, pine nuts/cone, underbrush?, the alcohol is well pronounced though. Aromas will mutate into boiled sweets/lemony lollipops and jellies, lemon meringue pie, muscadine, muskmelon?, succades, candied pineapple.
    • Taste
Beginning on a sugary onslaught (castor sugar), dried candied coconut/coconut meat, corn syrup, glacé fruit, crystallised pineapple, lemon, sweetened lemon. Midpalate's rather warm, with grainy edge of barley malt to it, a bit rough, crusty(?) texture, more citric now, being lightly salted, which will be then dissolved in sweetness. It's getting hotter in the final stage, peppery, briny - just a wee bit, lemon pith, lemon tea, light woody bitterness, dry and not tannic, wood spice. Medium body.
    • Finish
Austere, almost medicinal(?) austerity. Herbal concoction/herb, it goes out hay-like dry, descends with everlasting zesty tang. Small sediments of citron, lemon rind melt in the corners of the mouth.
