According to the information on the label, the pre-filled spirit is 100% sherry, before being finished in a wine barrel from the Bordeaux region.

Very sweet and approachable, but also complex. Peach, apricot, fruit base, cream candy, apple compote, behind that raisins, red wine gum, a little men's perfume, and even a little mineral.
The style of the distillery with sherry pre-allocation is clearly recognizable and is given an exciting twist by the wine barrel.
    • Taste
      87 87
Here too, it starts off sweet and approachable. Dried fruits (apricot, fig) come before the pastry notes, which bring to mind associations with Christmas stollen. Also a little mandarin, cinnamon and berries. The oak only becomes apparent as the sips increase, tannins become noticeable in the form of a little blood orange, but far from being really bitter.
    • Finish
      88 88
The finish is quite typical for bottlings from the distillery. Delicate bitter substances recede and offer an extremely smooth finish with yellow, red and dry fruits as well as pastries/cakes. Here with a hint of cherry lollipop, which is supposedly due to the finish.
      And gummy bears...
