    • Nose
      88 88
Green grape, Flower, Honey, Berry, Prune, Smoky, Oak, Grape stem, Mint, Nutmeg, Fennel seed, Oak charcoal, Milk chocolate

      Bright green grapes, honey.
A bright floral note that brings to mind the yellow flowers on the label.
      Very faint smokiness.
A nuance of hydrated, living plants that brings grape stems and mint to mind.
The sweetness of honey and prune that gradually becomes thicker.
Nutmeg, fennel seed. Freshness and exotic spices.
The smell of an oak charcoal sauna operated by burning wood.
A bit of smokiness reinforces this feeling.
    • Taste
      86 86
Tannin, Green grape, Oak, Mango, Raisin, Canned white peach, Cacao, Mint, Ginger, Floral, Clove, Smoky

The stiff texture of tannin and oak. I consider this a limitation of young maturation.
At the same time, sweet fruit notes fill the mouth.
The sweetness is quite strong, so it feels like it balances out the stuffiness.
Spicy spices such as clove, ginger, and pepper that tighten the tongue.
      The freshness of mint.
The floral note is weaker than in the nosing, but brings to mind the yellow flowers on the label.
      Faintly present smokiness.
    • Finish
      88 88
Green grape, Oak, Tannin, Pepper, Ginger, Mango, Berry, Smoky, Volatile ester

It is a weak smokiness, but it handles the length of the finish.
It feels like the tannin and oak have become a bit stronger from the notes of the palate.
Perhaps because it was just opened, pungent notes remain on the tongue.
At the end of the finish, a volatile, ester-like acetone nuance is present.
