Certainly not an easy one to handle at the start. Give or take 30 mins to develop and feel the burst of tropical fruit goodness, as well as a nutty composure enveloping the corner of your mouth. No meat taste here, its a herbal fruity and nutty dram.

Slightly spicy and fruity from the get go, chocolate, red plums, dried kumquat orange, dried cacao powder, milo, ovaltine, ginger, rum baba cake.

After opening up, hazelnuts and milk chocolate show up bringing rise to cherry infused wine.
    • Taste

Starting gets a lil bit salty and sour. This instantly reminds me of a french dish, Coq au vin - wine roasted chicken, potatoes, swede, turnips, garlic, lemon punch, grape juice, thick and dense merlot grapes. Lychee, longan and Korean white pears.

Various spices include cinnamon, parsley, pepper and basil which are the few I can get my tastebuds upon.

At a certain point, I had noticed mangoes and banana toasted bread. Some of that orange citrus develops here, instead of acidic more towards a sweet marmalade like jam.

Very long, nutty sensation paired with a minute amount of tannins. Slightly dry, from the tannins but overall a pretty solid finishing.
