  1. Waykid scored this whisky 85 points Expert Senior

A bit nervous and unbalanced at the beginning, then turns decisively more pleasant and round. Develops this stale note that is okay in the nose but a bit off-putting in taste.
    • Nose
Initially really sharp, banana, apricot and bitter, lager-like beer. Some nailpolish-remover and some sweet rubbery notes. Than it rounds up and sweetens: pleasant green apple, dates, raisins and figs, cashew and hazelnut, sweet lager and some cherries. Dusty attic and a wool-blanket.
    • Taste
The sweet side of a good lager, tarty and a bit of weed-like sweetness. Some nuttiness, an oily mouthfeel, red apple rather than green, and some very nice light sherrynotes: dried fruits, dates, raisin, figs, apricot, faint mocha. Something a bit stale that is not very pleasant: wool, dust? The beer notes are obvious: in the direction of some red ales from Scotland.
    • Finish
      Bitter & sweet, middle-long.
