Feels like Glenfarclas 105, easy to drink. The yellowish scent was reduced to an extreme so that it was not felt as an off-note, so that only its presence was felt, and the feeling of sherry balm was maintained. The alcohol content was also lowered to an easy-to-drink 43 degrees, but in the end, it became diluted and watery, and the spicy spice was quite strong, perhaps due to the lack of aging. However, the sulfur notes are extremely limited, making it very easy to drink.
    • Nose
      85 85
The scent is soft without any buzz.
      - The scent of soft sherry dried fruits, such as raisins and dried apricots, is strong, mixed with a bit of sulfur. The fruit flavor is mainly of black berries.
      - Contains orange peel citrus. Just a sweet citrus that seems to be coated with caramel.
      - Soft and oily like butter.
      - The above nuances combine to create a soft, sweet scent like cookie dough or toffee.
      - Soft bitterness of milk chocolate. A soft raw chocolate flavor with a lot of sweet flavor that you can enjoy at any time.

: N Summary - Although it does not have many layers, it is a moderately rich sherry that can be enjoyed without pressure.
    • Taste
      86 86
      - The sherry note spreads strongly as it enters the mouth. It feels like a mixture of raisins and dried apricots. Both are not assertive and blend together appropriately.
      - Bitterness of dark chocolate. It's soft, but the bitterness is quite strong.
      - The tangy citrus of the lemon is strong, and as the stinging sensation subsides a little, the citrus of the orange becomes stronger.
      - Notes of black berries that remind me of blackberries first. It also feels like apricot jam.
      - The pepper spice is quite strong. My tongue continues to be spicy.
      - Feels like black toasted oak. It has tannin and makes the mouth feel slightly dry.
      - Overall, it has a watery feel, so it feels thin.

:P Summary - Thin sherry balm. Contrary to the strong sherry notes, the liquor itself continues to feel watery. The pepper-based spice is quite strong.
    • Finish
      83 83
The finish is medium to long.
      - The finish begins with a subtle sherry note of dried apricots.
      - The bitterness of the dark chocolate becomes stronger in the mouth, and the oak is reminiscent of black charred oak. The inside of my mouth gets quite dry.
      - It feels like it was made by mixing blackberry berries with water. It's a little watery, but the berry scent and taste are just right.
      - You can still feel the sharp spicy spice of pepper on your tongue, and the feeling of cloves can also be felt at a similar intensity.
      - There is a slight hint of yellowness

      :F Summary - Don't! I'm still Sherry!
