Fill: barely below the top of the label.
I got this mini for £9.44 in January of 2023.
    Colour: light straw. Some sediment.

Excellent Springbank. Very dry but complex and certainly tasty.
    • Nose
Chalk, seaweed, some coal smoke, camphor, silage, lots of fresh plasters, TCP, German chamomile, engine oil, pencil shavings, meaty bouillon in the background, wax. Very dry, but there's a little fruit - grapefruit, orange, ripe plums.
    • Taste
A salty attack. More grapefruit now, with oranges in tow. Pencil shavings, engine oil, lots of pepper, dry hay, wax, a little bouillon but less than the nose. Slightly medicinal, a little seaweed. A bit mineral and chalky.
    • Finish
Now more bouillon again and still slightly salty. Citric oranges, grapefruits, yellow pears. Engine oil, still a bit medicinal and now more carbon. Chamomile is back, hints of honeydew, sweet silage, hay. Medium length.
