That’s brilliant sherry, apricot jam, orange marmalade, leather, spices, marzipan, caramel, herbs, superb!

For the third time I take this divine providence in my hands, and still can’t find the keys. People write manuals for beginners, how to drink whisky, where to start, what to do and what not to. This is not a guide, here the dissertation is needed ...
Whisky looks initially like an oak monolithic wall covered with a fleur of sherry - an idiomatic comparison - you can touch the wood of the barrel.
This molt is one single balance! Molt is monolithic, directed as a vector! A balance of sweetness and dry oak came to the top. But there is a feeling that the balance of this vertex has moved a bit, like Rubicon ...

The slightest tilt and turn of the glass modify the flavor. It is necessary to work very slowly and smoothly. It is like a meditation. Sherry Kaleidoscope: ripe cherries, overripe peaches, chocolate prunes with cognac, varnish and spices, a huge pile of dry foliage and branches of fruit trees under the October sun, sherry fleur sounds like notes of mycelium and spruce forest. Candied papaya and pear, honey melon in the summer heat. Deadwood herbs, licorice root extract, menthol freshness, mint, thick compote from mountain rosehip, fruit tobacco for hookah. Orange jam, viburnum and red rowan, hit the first frost. The meaning of the aroma of this molt closed on the fact that all seasons, like Vivaldi, flashed before my closed eyes. And not a single off-note, distracting from iddilia! But, perhaps, they were not enough for piquancy ...

Taste - I kissed a wood nymph! Tannins envelop the palate and tongue, covering it with woody film. The hot wave covers the mouth first, and after the mouthful, and the whole body. The consistency is close to syrup. He is stunning. This is sherry in a cube with all its derivatives. The most amazing thing is that the molt is rather dry, the sweet fruit component is in the shell of wood tannins. Dried fruits, among which Prune rules the ball, unsweetened cocoa powder, herbs, menthol, a bit of perfumery. Well, that's not enough for the wow effect.

Aftertaste is the apotheosis of everything! Fat prunes, a bouquet of dried herbs, a cigar leaf, menthol, walnut after-taste from walnut. The series in shades is not very diverse, but they are delightfully stable.

Intense, cooked and dried fruits, oranges, jam, raisins, acacia honey, spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, plums, prunes, figs, overripe fruits, hints of solvent, fine oak wood, whiffs of vanilla - great!

Oily, liquorice, menthol, dried fruits, subtle sweetness balanced with finest oak wood, coffee, toffee, milk chocolate (not dark chocolate), more spices, herbs, thyme, rosemary - excellent!

Medium long, warm, more spices and herbs, zesty - superb!
