Whisky Reviews for Braeval 1998 DL

2 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 82.50 points

  1. Malt Hans scored this whisky 82 points Connoisseur

Malty and spicy aroma, white pepper, nutmeg, vanilla, wash, ripe melon and wet hay. Vanilla sweet taste, mint, ginger, pepper, orange marmalade, milk chocolate and malt. Medium long and malty end.

  2. HunterRomario scored this whisky 82 points Expert Senior

    • Nose
Vine is very sherry, here is not about the used barrels of doubt, at the same time it is in its way creepy, and sharp, grassy citrus, it is full of chocolate. Water makes it a little smoother. (83)
    • Taste
The dryness of the sherry style combined with sharpness (alcohol), wood is added to it, and, in the end, it is rich and bitter. With the water still sharp, but the glamor appears shy. (81)
