0576-For me, this is a whisky that should have a place in almost every whisky cabinet. Of course, this is just my opinion, and not every whisky drinker will agree, but it's definitely worth trying, if only to discuss it with your compatriots.
    • Nose
...very aromatic, fruity, jammy, blueberry, raspberry. Swollen raisins, like soaked cake, fatty and sweet. You can smell the malt, and I mean it in a good way. The fruitiness reaches you through two pipes at once, spreading throughout the nooks and crannies of your olfactory apparatus, creating the impression of sniffing and sniffing. For a moment, I immerse myself in the empty glass – everything is the same here, only more concentrated, and that barrel-like quality is present. Moisture, a wet board, something leathery. I return to the full – a "student" blend – nut-raisin, cranberry, blueberry. You can barely feel the alcohol. 43% isn't much. Some say the best alcohol strength for tasting is around 43%. It's still fruity and honeyed, though spicy notes begin to play on the nose. A bit of exoticism in the form of chocolate-covered oranges. It's good, if not... very good.
    • Taste
...very honeyed, sweet, marzipan-like, orange-like, fruity. A fruit salad with a delicate edge. A fruit bowl enhanced with alcohol added just before consumption, with sweet sparkling wine. Generally, you have to be careful with such inventions, because you consume well, your head seems sober, but your legs take on a life of their own. Juicy plums, sultana raisins, yeast rolls with marmalade. Quite intensely flavorful, it spreads beautifully throughout your mouth, leaving that fruity sweetness. A bit of banana pulp, sweet and tart tangerine and clementine. All this with a pinch of cinnamon, clove, and cardamom. So pleasant that it's a shame to get it out of your mouth :-). It burns your tongue a little, but this pleasant burn, you could say – it massages your taste buds.
    • Finish
...long, marzipan-like, honey-like with thinned chocolate (the kind you drink). Slightly spicy, sexy, and seductive. We know it's about to end, but we want it to last.
