  1. Official tasting note

One of the first whiskys that was completely implemented based on an idea from the founders Johannes and Dirk - our founding whisky, so to speak. At this point in time, we didn't have "Mayer's Finest Brandies" in mind and launched this keg as a joint project with good friends - that's why large amounts of kegs have already been allocated and only small contingents are on sale.

Get this rarity quickly before it is out of stock!

The Old Oche Sherry Cask is of course a real single cask whisky - in a breathtaking, dark color. In the nose you can immediately feel the influence of the sherry barrel with its fruity note. The moderate dilution with brewing water to drinking strength opens the Old Oche Sherry Cask and brings out an interesting variety of flavors. Woody apricot, grape and citrus notes merge into a delicate and harmonious almond aroma in the finish.
