    What a stunner!
    • Nose
      Wow.  Lots going on here.  Lavender and heather.  Christmas breads.  Wet prunes and dates.
    • Taste
      Flowers and sweet cookies.  Spicy red and black pepper.  Furniture polish.  Fresh middle eastern herbs.
    • Finish
      Long, hot, and herbal.  Cashew nuts.
