- Pasta! (Norwegian waffle dough, rye and spelled bread, unripe local fruits (gooseberry, apricot) with nuances of rhubarb and strawberry, honey candy, green malt and a little shortbread. An idea of peanuts and a salt and caramel coating. Hints of granary, linen sacks and Even olive oil. Subtle earthiness and even a touch of damp moss and mushrooms. Really crazy and again very individual with subtly accentuated oiliness and sweetness. Nothing really superficial. Everything very interwoven and subtle. At the same time, very individual and unique combination of aromas! Really exciting to fathom. ..
- Unique range of flavors.
Very special. A dram to discover.
Reminds me of Caroni Rum in its best moments.
Certainly not an everyday dram.
The price for a whole bottle is okay today.
Absolute recommendation for whisky nerds looking for something "new".
- Unusual, glorious and fun!
Cereals, shortbread, leather, some nuts, vanilla and grassy.
Peppery, oily, burnt sugar, some bitterness and walnuts..
Dry, with nutty flavors fading away very slowly.
