So even if I forget the price, it's just a really tasty drop. The emptier the bottle became, the better I liked the Glenlivet. The big competitors Glenfiddich 12 and Glenmorangie 10 cannot keep up with me here.

Bought in November '19 for € 23 with two tumblers. Unbeatable!
    • Nose
I really like the nose. Floral, fruity, with a slight hint of sherry barrel. Doesn't change great, but what he does he does well.
    • Taste
The whisky runs silky on the tongue, as lightly as water. But with a delicious, fruity taste. You can keep it in your mouth for a long time. Then it gets slightly dry on the cheeks and now you can see the light sherry note. Already on the nose it reminded me of WID 130960. Sure, not as intense but similar.
    • Finish
The alcohol sparkles in the finish for the first time. In the 'only' 40% it is surprising. Probably not only the good middle cut was used here. A slightly cheap-tasting note follows, but it quickly evaporates. My indicator for dye. Overall, a very short finish, luckily the oak and the floral-fruity impression remain and so only a sip helps.
