On the first impression extremely fruity (overripe). A basket of juicy, sweet mirabelle plums, peaches and apricots. Then there are chalky-mineral impressions and waxed cotton cloth. Maybe something like wet clay, a subtle earthiness. Flowery, fruity Pinot Blanc, enjoyed in the refreshingly cool stone cellar of a slate house. Delicately toasted, finely aromatic oak wood remains confidently in the background and leaves plenty of room for the other aromas to unfold. Something herbaceous and herbaceous also fits harmoniously into the overall picture. A beautiful nose that after the first sip also has a few very special, wonderfully noble botrytis notes in store for me (yay!).

Creamy-sour-sour-fresh, then immediately an overwhelmingly powerful association of old, long-aged Rieslings (large plants, old vines, Beerenauslese - sigh!), Including a wine cellar (slate walls, well ventilated). Really a great mineral structure, fruity with lively, well-integrated acidity. As if that wasn't enough, toast, brioche and shortcrust pastries are added and make the mouth feel fuller again, hmmmm! The wood contributes a very fine flavor.

Crazy, this incredibly delicious, deep, highly concentrated ancient Riesling feeling. I've never had it like this before. Heavy, almost molasses-like grape must. Again very discreet, elegant-aromatic, vanilla-tofee-like, finely spicy oak wood. All of this lasts a long time and makes the tongue pleasantly dry, while at the same time stimulating my saliva flow. With an invigorating vibration, it stays on the palate for ages.
