At first it comes up with a certain spiciness, which could possibly subside over time. A bag of herbs, peat smoke, pepper. Nut brittle, vanilla sauce. And yes, the spiciness fades and makes way for a fresh and salty sea breeze.

Cold smoke blended with lemon and lime juice. Desiccated coconut, cinnamon, pepper, vanilla and bitter honey. Very dry with spicy wood, passion fruit juice and raspberry drops.

Medium length and very dry. Cool campfire, peat smoke, some smoked ham. Vanilla, marzipan, grated almonds.
