A Caperdonich with a very nice exotic nose, but a little unbalanced on the palate and on the finish.
    • Nose
      91 91
      Superb fruity / camphoric nose.
We are in the perfect line of the Caperdonich 1972.
Mango, passion fruit, pineapple, granny apple, lemon.
We have a very nice acidity here.
Vanilla, very light salted butter caramel.
      Milk chocolate, pepper.
    • Taste
      89 89
In the mouth it is a little more austere.
Old warehouse, motor oil. Metallic. It's particular.
The exoticism is less prominent, replaced by citrus zest. We still have pineapple, papaya.
It evolves on a little more aromatic herbs, dry herbs, even going on an beginning of undergrowth, balanced with a very syrupy liquorice.
In the end, we still have a fairly marked astringency.
    • Finish
      88 88
Long finish on solvent, pepper, green apple, lime zest, wood, liquorice.
