Very dependent on form of the day. Sometimes I couldn't get along with him at all, but today I like him quite a lot. The sherry, with its slightly fermented, herbal notes, comes across very clearly, and the menthol-like mouthfeel makes it not so sweet as cardboard. Only the gum-like finish irritates me a bit.

Some sulfur (I like it). Walnut. Dark, heavy, herbaceous sweetness. Here, too, the concise, for me attached-looking wood note from European oak. Rather herbaceous and therefore not as sweet as cardboard, although it can also be that the menthol-like cooling effect of almost 60% creates this impression. Nice, slightly fermented grapes. The sherry notes are very decisive. With longer standing, a sticky, sugary, malty sweetness comes along. Very pleasant.

Herbal and spicy wood. Chlorophyll. The alcohol doesn't burn, it has a somewhat numbing effect. Becomes nuttier. Tart and sweet. New wood. Heavily toasted sesame seeds. Quite dense and "fat". Malty undertones. Butyric acid.

Melty. Spearmint herb note, a chewing gum-like, somewhat artificial sweetness that tends to be mentholy due to the alcohol. The alcohol, however, for my feeling well integrated, smooth and full mouthfeel. Walnut. Herbal and tart. Currants and red grapes. At the end he goes in the direction of Raspberry Hubba Bubba, which I don't think is great ...
