Gentle, mild, fruity and yet tart and maritime with a pleasant sharpness on the tongue ... Tasty and tasty, uncomplicated and still interesting with an unmistakable Talikser character, a Talikser DE always makes you want the next sip and impresses me a good PLV!

    • Nose
Creamy amber shimmers in the glass, on the glass wall of my Premium Snifter oily "legs" pull their thick strips back into the glass. Dried grapes and berries are released from an intense cloud of alcohol, roasted aromas are mixed with subtle peat and a cold smoky note, caramel or burnt sugar combine with the rubbing off of old orange peel and a few sprinkles of grapefruit juice to form a tart fruit note. Sea salt and crushed pepper, nut chocolate and orange peel, hints of cold smoke and mineral peat, plus sticky sweetness in the direction of soft caramel and melted toffee, in the background are citrus fruits with a fresh eucalyptus note and raisins. The initially intense alcohol has since withdrawn, slightly maritime notes play with minimally smoky peat and dark fruit.
    • Taste
The first sip flows mildly, sweetly and fruity on the tongue, peat, smoke and lightly burnt wood settle on the palate immediately, pleasant sharpness rests on the tongue. The tingling sensation between the lips slowly increases, brine and colored pepper stick gently on the tongue while roasted hazelnuts and the rubbing off of orange and grapefruit peels gradually come to the fore. Caramel plays with peat, oranges and raisins are enveloped in soft smoke, little by little the chilli catch known for Talisker is noticeable on the tongue, roasted aromas dissolve from spicy wood, a hint of sour citrus fruit flits by.
    • Finish
Chubby warm stick peat and minimal smoke on the palate, dark and dried fruits end sweetly on the tongue, hazelnuts and almonds are remembered for a long time and make you hungry for the next sip ...
