Nose: off-sour note upon opening, after 30 minutes vanilla, cardamom, windolene, saltpeter, Himalayan pink seasalt, cedarwood, bonfire embers, gentle smoke, cinnamon balls
Palate: oak, sangria, rhubarb, blood orange, chinotto,
Finish: tannic, black cherry, vanilla cherry coke, a trip to the dentists, celery, bok choy. Sticking to teeth, like a red wine

    With water
Nose: Mace, arrowroot, mastic, baking spices- smells like a bakery, rosewater
    Palate: more orange brought out
Finish: icing sugar and black tea, chilli heat fades into puerh tea
