    • Nose
First of all: enjoy this one unhurried (needless to say, eh?), otherwise this one will be a disappointment - unless you love universal adhesive in your glass, that is.

After 10 minutes wait: Lemon juice, butter, caramel, brioche. quite sweet, but with an earthy edge and a tad acidy. Maybe some artificial raspberries in the background. Maybe. +H2O: sill lemon freshness, but countered by butter and earth now.
    • Taste
Starting nice and quiet on caramel an then - bang! bang! bang! (hear Björk screaming?) Black Pepper and a load of woody spiciness - really a big load. A whole mouth full. Turning lemony and slightly acidy, but that won't last, turning sweet again. Some vanilla. +H2O: Not that sudden anymore, but still...and even more of this woody spiciness. Some dark bread.
    • Finish
Still some spices and wood, but mellow and distant. A tad bitter and earthy as well. Quite long and complex.
