A beautiful combination of lightly peated spirit and ex-bourbon casks. Moreover, I prefer this level of ppm in this malt. It cannot hide its youth, but still the feeling is that it's not younger than 9-10 years. I've got this bottle by coincidence and do not regret any single cent paid for it. My sincere thanks to the people, who picked up the casks for this release.
    • Nose

vanilla, coconut shavings, sweet apples and pears. Light peatiness in the form of charred oak and embers fire. I can smell some farmy and earthy notes as well, which reminds me of Campbeltown to a certain extent
    • Taste
      88 88
high ABV is noticeable, but in the way you would expect from 57%. Wax, honey, over-ripe banana, ginger, lemon cake. Peat is not evident on its own, it gives more depth to the taste.
    • Finish
      87 87
more smoky flavors, a lot of lemon zest. Vanilla and charred oak, light tobacco notes, green tea, menthol freshness. Between medium and long.
