Notes from a blind tasting.
Red fruits and a little sweat right after pouring. Immediately afterwards malt and panna cotta. After standing for a while, it becomes creamier, more panna cotta, notes of sherry, followed by light floral notes and also some oak. With hand warmth, a distinct fruit acidity with fermentation notes develops, later a little scented soap, then herbs.
In the mouth it is initially less sweet than expected, herbs are the beginning, but then along with the alcohol there is also a strong sweetness, something between honey and pudding. Fruit notes are present, but very much in the background. There is a slight woodiness to the rear.
The finish is medium-long and ends suddenly, with the malt continuing to dry up until then. It briefly but clearly warms the chest area.
