BLIND TASTING
N: Muffiness, some cowshed, wine notes, most likely red wine notes or a very dry sweet wine. Fresh, smoky and summery light.
M: Red wine notes, dryness, a bit ashy. Cretaceous bitterness. Quite elegant in the mouth, no cowbud can be felt here. The sweetness is discreet. In the whole very harmonious. Moderate smoke.
A: Dry finish with ashen sweetness that lasts long.
Conclusion: I like it. Especially the nose is interesting and rich in contrast. Nice start to the advent calendar. From me today 87 points
Tip: Due to the existing mustiness, I type on a Ledaig or possibly Caol Ila from a red wine barrel. 7-11 years. about 58%
