It's my prey scheme. He is not overburdening but very complex and above all, everything in the mouth can be found again, which could find the nose.

Yes! As expected, a range of ripe fruit. Less tropical. Apricot, orange, ripe melons, all caramelized and spread with honey. A light fresh grassy note, the barrel appears dank, with vanilla and light oak.
    • Taste

Everything from the Nosing is also in the mouth again, in addition I still have coconut.
    • Finish
      90 90
      Long, very fruity and sweet.

    A very good Littlemill.
    • Nose
Very coastal, samphire and a little musty with hints of white chocolate.
    • Taste
Creamy nuttiness, peanuts, oats and barley lofts with growing juicy fruitiness. Some lime and guava with pistache nuts found.
    • Finish
Middlelong-long aftertaste. More pistache nuts coming with papaya, raspberries and some kiwi fruit. Very fruity in the end.

Nose: grapefruit, melon, orange, fruit salad. Astonishingly, I smell some rum raisins as well.

Mouth: Same impression as in the nose, plus some mango and papaya. With water: gets creamier and smoother, recommended.

    Finish: medium long, very fruity

Comments: Great dram, not the most complex whisky of all time but immensely enjoyable.

A really tasty malt from a bourbon barrel. Appears rather filigree and noble, yet expressive. I liked it.
    • Nose
Nashi pear. Yellow apple. Mountain peach. With a squirt of lemon. Crispy muesli with banana chips. Pancakes with maple syrup. Flower meadow. Rather fresh, juicy wood notes. A little bit of wet gravel.
    • Taste
The fruits are now a little more yellow and sweeter. With candied citrus fruits. Honeycomb too. After a certain time, however, the fruits gradually become more sour. In addition, wood spice, tree sap and tree resin. Ginger. The flower meadow is now more like a herb garden.
    • Finish
Fruit acid. Some grass and hay. Orange peel.

Littlemill is just a game of chance. Sometimes sweet and never ending and sometimes grassy. Here the grassy thing bothers me too much.
    • Nose
      84 84
At first extremely sweet, banana cake with chocolate icing, sweet pastry notes, the typical grassy hay notes from Littlemill come through - at first it doesn't matter - but later, unfortunately, this green and grassy stinging remains omnipresent
    • Taste
      87 87
Fresh and creamy, restrained, then warmth slowly arises, becoming spicy and drier, then a citrus-heavy dryness at the back
    • Finish
      83 83
The finish, like the nose, is first impressively sweet and then the hay notes come through

I really love Littlemill, but there’s nothing to grasp on, excessive strength or power kills everything for me, IMHO sad, sorry ...
