    • Nose
      Blind Sample:

      Colour:
      Bright gold

      Nose:
The colleague starts very close. Thick caramel and sweet vanilla. Sweet white wine comes immediately. Grapes and slightly sour, juicy pear. Now comes the subtle smoke. Will become significantly more maritime after some time in the glass. Salty, a little bit of iodine and has something of moldy seawater. The smoke is getting stronger now. Sour orange and something fresh, like anise. Juniper and a trail of licorice. Unfortunately I do not know how heather smells. But I imagine it's this herbal note in here.
    • Taste
Pleasant, slightly sour start. The alcohol and a matching charge of spice, bring a nice bizz in the mouth. A little smoke and a good portion of salt follow. The taste is noticeably bitter. More herbal tea and slightly grilled apricots.
The second sip more metallic. Green apple, cereals, some malt and salted caramel. Bisserl musty.
    • Finish
Medium. Slightly smoky and slightly more bitterness. Has something nutty. Again herbs and citrus notes.
