  1. FritzeKrautman scored this whisky 89 points Connoisseur

A grain, no doubt. A very sweet drop, which positively surprised. Only a subtle, almost pleasant bitterness. At most, the old age can be detected only limited, it is more of the fresh, sparkling variety.
    • Nose
In the beginning solvent with a transition in licorice. Then increasingly sweeter, molasses and coffee. Later dusty, then apple, pear and overripe bright grapes. Finally, tobacco and light chocolate.
    • Taste
Sweet starting, pear, then briefly the solvents, berry fruits. Alcohol present, somewhat peppery but well integrated.
    • Finish
Long finish, only little bitterness inspiring bitterness. Again the berry fruits, molasses, sweet gum, later again apple.
