Notes from a blind tasting.
-
First, sweet caramel pudding, shortly thereafter comes a swing herbs. After some time they have disappeared, the pudding has a few ripe grapes mixed in, mint is also something. It warms up very sweet and round. After the first sip also a lot of honey in the nose.
-
Very fruity in the mouth, fruity caramel with honey, very oily and strong on the go, dries slightly to the back, just the right amount of tannins.
-
In the finish, the sweetness and the oak keep the scales quite long, while also warming the chest area nicely. Also a little barrel acid is present.
