This is the typical voice of the strong impact of the sherry cask and I think this is a edition directed at sweet and sticky whisky maniacs.
    • Nose
Strong sherry aromas in the foreground. Fresh walnut peel, roasted nuts and chocolate. Carbonated cola, dried dates, cherries in alcohol and sour currant jam. Behind we have something dirty: traces of acetone (nail polish remover), rubber and olive oil. Biting spices (cinnamon), dry heather and something strangely sweaty.
    • Taste
very sweet and chocolate. Burnt brown sugar, dark ripe cherries, boiled apples, cocoa and figs. The aroma of a leather seat and some carbon. Tincture character. Heavy impact of the sherry cask.
    • Finish
warming, spices, thick coffee and dark chocolate, oak, chillies. Long, with a coffee and chocolate finish.
