The style is warm and the richness is acceptable. The common problem of wine barrels is that the aroma is not very clear. As a whisky aged for 19 years, the aroma has a round milky aroma, followed by red apples, cinnamon, gingerbread, and finally mint and very light camphor.

The taste is basically the same as the smell, but not as strong as the smell. But it is understandable, after all, it is only 46% Vol. It can capture the cheese flavor of Bruichladdich, which is round and sweet, with acidity as a skeleton in the middle. But the overall style is simple, but after a few sips, you can understand its positioning: the brewery's blending idea is to use it for toasts, and drinking it in big gulps is the correct way to drink it.

Short but oily, with baked apples from beginning to end. Only 46% Vol., but a little spicy at the end. There is a clear wine barrel acidity at the end, and a little camphor at the end, adding richness.
