This one is the best PE1978 I've ever had. It's better than SV, and I feel better than OB's. Of course, it may be that this bottle is in very good condition, especially the freshly opened bottle, which has a good advantage with other PE drinks at the exhibition.
    • Nose
      91 91
The upper part of the smell is creamy, salted egg yolk, light peat, and the lower part is green and yellow fresh fruits, lemons, small kumquats, mint leaves, and fresh vine juice from plants. It is very open, complex and layered, but The most touching thing is the figurative freshness, fresh peat, fresh fruit, fresh herb branches and leaves, fresh sea water, fresh creamy feeling.
    • Taste
      92 92
The wine is medium-bodied, not heavy, very lively; after the balanced flavor is entered, there is a good burst of flavor in an instant, it smells very elegant, and the entrance is very bursting; the flavor expression is clean and refreshing, I am in Several OB sticks will drink some mixed flavors (animal fur sense), this one is very transparent. However, at the same time, the complexity and level of the entrance will be slightly simplified, which is still at a good level.
    • Finish
      90 90
Compared with the previous part, the ending rhyme is somewhat restrained, above the level, but it is not the highlight of this one. Medium length, medium dryness, mild astringency, slight tannin, almost no bitterness, honey, and cream, I can't really feel peat in this part, but the taste of sea water is also very pleasing as a finish feeling.
