About Dornoch Distillery

Founded by brothers Phil and Simon Thompson, Dornoch Distillery began production after a successful crowdfunding campaign. Already known for their whisky bar at the Dornoch Castle Hotel, the Thompsons also manage an independent bottling business and recently announced their intention to build Struie Distillery.
