Arran Distillery (Lochranza)

Arran Distillery, also known as Lochranza, is a contemporary distillery at the northern tip of the Isle of Arran. Founded in 1995 by the independent Isle of Arran Distillers Ltd., its opening restored licensed whisky production to the island after more than a century. Running four copper pot stills and using spring water from Loch na Davie, the still house was expanded in 2017, while the parent company added a separate facility focused on peated production at Lagg in 2019.
