About Coleburn

Coleburn is a single malt Scotch whisky brand named after the former Coleburn Distillery in Longmorn, near Elgin, in the Speyside region. Founded in 1897, the distillery produced whisky primarily for blending, with very few official single malt releases during its operational years. It was closed in 1985 during a period of industry contraction, and the site has since been repurposed. Today, Coleburn bottlings come mainly from independent bottlers, drawn from the limited remaining casks.
