Score: 65 (D if you must); I tried and I tried. I gave it water, time to oxidize, and many chances to turn things around. The only thing that makes this worth drinking is when I add some Craigellachie 13yo (OB) . Why the fuck did they bottle this cask? Not buying another ADR for a while.

Quite hot, with wet paint, wet dog, apple cider, bright oak, cedar, and some watered-down ginger ale. Less bad with lots of water and time.

Bitter with a light mouthfeel. Watery ginger and apple cider are still there, with lemon and cardamom. Also less bad with lots of water and time.

There’s a dry, ashy bitterness, and some vomit-y sour apple note. It almost tastes like I had a recent sip of whisky. This doesn’t improve with water/time.
