If you realize that it is "only" bottled with 40%, it is unbelievable what it offers on flavors both in the nose and on the tongue.

An intense spicy-fruity nose, which reminds you of Christmas pudding.
Dried fruits (figs!), Vanilla, honey, brown sugar and ginger at the beginning.
Everything tightly interwoven and yet very well distinguishable.
After a while, the fruits are fresher and sweeter: kiwi and pineapple.
Sherry resonates. -
Oily and incredibly mouth-filling.
Leather and tobacco notes. Mild pot still spices, sprinkled on the dried fruits.
Getting fresher with time, some menthol. In addition, also on the tongue vanilla and honey. -
Medium-long to long finish, the wonderful Sherrynoten puts on the tongue. Somewhat peppery towards the end.
