a development a little too linear. A very nice product, but few surprises in the end.

classic, smoke, light peat with a good dose of citrus and sea air. Salt, smoked fish. Licorice, laurel, genevrier.

the texture is quite fluid. A lot of aromatic spices (thyme, marjoleine, cumin ...). We find the marine side of the nose. Everything is articulated clearly and cleanly. We would have liked a little more depth, the whisky is younger than the advertised age. There is a certain austerity with a touch of mineral / ashy? supported.
