Extremely jammy, red berries, plums, syrupy sweetness. earthy with dried leaves and roots. Quite sweet from the nose. Gunsmoke, wet ash and mineral (a bit sulphured). Wouldn’t have guessed Oloroso blind.

Viscous, thick. Very sweet. Jammy fruits, desert wine. Herbal, cherry lozenges, red Licorice.

Thick syrupy sweetness. Long and mouthcoating, the abv is either low or absorbed by the cask. Mineral note Persists, chalk, drying.
