A very interesting whisky, very nice for an aperitif in the summer.

Woody, with wood smoke and vanilla, furniture polish, barley, grass, mint, raspberries, cherries, peach a trace of banana, and cinnamon.

Sweet and sour (probably from the wine cask), woody, pepper, clear spicy and winy influences. Strawberries and cinnamon.

On the sour and bitter side, but not disturbing. Pepper, wax, raisins, cherry, peach, raspberry, and yogurt (?).
