Fresh, sweet and spirity with fruity and grassy aromas at first nosing. Notes of fresh peeled apples are dominating over other aromas like pepper and dried pears. A very nice nose.

Sweet as soon as it hits your tongue, then hot and then extremely spicy at first mouthfeel. Fresh and peppery, with grainy, caramel and vanilla aromas. Notes of green pepper corns and unripe green apples. I love it.
