Red bean paste, chocolate sandwich bread, raisins, vanilla cream, a hint of raw green pepper flavor, and a touch of smoked meat; after resting for a moment, the raw flavor disappears, and the sweet aroma of chocolate becomes even more intense.

Sweet and smooth, with a bourbon base of creamy vanilla, hinted at chocolate and smokiness, but also with a touch of cardboard and wood.

After chewing, the finish reveals distinct aromas of dried fruit, nuts, smoke, and meat. Six months of barrel aging has imparted ample sherry color, and the bourbon sherry layers are very clear, making it a classic example of modern barrel-aged sherry. (A richer version of a popular winery's base sherry flavor)
