Very interesting "old" nose, rather muted palate on the other hand. Fun, but no complete winner.

Medium. Marzipan, banana skins. Old furniture, sandalwood. Nice notes of maple syrup, a little beeswax, linseed oil varnish. Smoky porridge. Oats and sunflower seeds. White pepper.
Tinned peach and pineapple. Also more classic rancio, aged ham, roses and violets... A touch of flint and wet ash.
With water: livens it up with some grapefruit and lemon zest, however you also lose some of the subtler aromas. -
Decent arrival, pretty light flavours. A little hard to decipher. Mostly on subtle oak and soft pepper. Cooked turnip. Lightly salted porridge.
Not too much bitterness though, it's actually still quite sweet with honey, mead and perhaps apricot and strawberry jam.
With water: again brings out more citrus, but it doesn't change much. Golden apples. -
Medium, not too oaky, pretty nice. Simple black tea, green walnuts, marmalade.
