A beautiful whisky from the Early Times Cask.

Cornflowers, grasses and herbs are in the foreground. A light liquorice and oak note is added. Heather, caramel malt, grain, muesli and oats are noticeable with the addition of water.

Very complex sweet bourbon aroma. White pepper, honeydew melon, caramel malt, fruit aromas, mint, delicate vanilla notes. The whisky changes when water is added and invites you to experiment.
The Early Times barrel, which was left outdoors during maturation, did a great job here. -
Medium long, warm, spices, dark chocolate, light tannins, liquorice, heather.
