TASTING NOTE LMDW: Color: Copper gold. Nose: Ample, rich. Malted barley and dry twigs precede freshly picked fruits (plum, pear). Applesauce accentuates the feeling of maturity that reigns. With time appear more heady notes of verbena. The set forms a very compact block. Palate: Ripe, lively. In nuance, it oscillates between green malt, rice pudding, basil, rose perfumes and almond paste.The mid-palate is vanilla and oaky (new oak). spreads on spices (clove, caraway, cinnamon) and on milk chocolate. Finale: Creamy, gourmet. Copy-pasted of the nose, it evokes a radiant autumn, period of abundant harvests of fruits filled with sugars. The jams are prepared, their flavors are enhanced with lemon zest and a pinch of salt.The empty glass is liquorice and praline.
