Although I'm not a big fan of rye, this was quite pleasant - plenty of brown bread notes, cooking or dipping oil and a bit of marmalade. No real spice or heat. Worth trying.

Brown bread dropped into either olive oil or rapeseed oil, a touch of wheat too - smells quite fatty.

The mouthfeel is quite pleasant, the taste is not as strong as I had expected - brown bread with a rough cut marmalade, slightly tangy rather than sweet.

Quite short on the finish with a hint of spice at the death.
