It's a special treat because it was bottled on-site. Our wedding bottle is coming to an end today. Unfortunately, there have been better hand-filled wines, but this is quite a treat. At 16 years, it's still very strong, but with water, it can be brought to a very nice level where it tastes really good again. Not 90 points, but close. €200 is a bit on the high side, but it was still an experience.

pure - raisin, strong alcohol, winey, delicate chocolate notes, fruit sweetness, some tiramisu,
slightly diluted - more digestible, more nougat, creamier, nicely balanced between fruit and wood, -
neat - nice red fruit, strong, sweet, the alcohol crackles a bit, then grapey sweetness, vinous, intense, European wood, grape must, some cherry effervescence,
diluted - fruity, sparkling, cherries, grapes, then really opens up, full-bodied -
pure - raisins, plum jam, red wine liqueur, cherry brandy, accompanied by wood spice,
diluted - mocha moment, plum compote, less tingling, more balanced,
