Amber color. Oily structure.

Quite full-bodied and volatile. Sweet and light at the same time. Pleasant. Lots of vanilla. Vanilla in all its varieties. Both vanilla pudding and vanilla bean. Vanilla oil. Honey. A meadow with flowers just blooming. The nose even seems a little perfumed, but in a good way. After a while, a little heavier, but still sweet aromas. Caramel, toffee, fudge. Scottish tablet. After a while, maybe even a hint of fruit aromas. Caramelized pears. Lots of honey. It's not super complex, but very pleasant. On the third nose, plenty of cinnamon appears. Christmas gingerbread.

Very sweet. Honey. Loads of vanilla. Vanilla pudding. Sweet cake. Lots of honey. Spices. A touch of ginger. Cupcakes with icing. Maybe even a little too sweet. Quite an oily texture. Less sweetness on the second sip. Oak appears. Nutty notes. Walnut. Then the sweetness returns. Maple syrup. Still plenty of honey. On the next sip, cinnamon and Christmas gingerbread arrive.
