Sweet and fruity on the nose, citrus and fresh. Over time, the oak creeps in, taking over the reins, spicy and tart with walnuts. The fresh, sweet citrus note holds up well. A little smoke on the second sniff.

Naturally tart in the mouth, solid wood. Sandalwood, tobacco, vanilla, nutmeg. Very aromatic, but not at all thin despite only 40%. At times surprisingly peppery. On the second sip, the wood simmers a little, and a little ashy smoke is added. On the third sip, you can feel the citrus notes again. Very versatile.
